February 3, 2021 (NYC)– The PFLMMA has rolled out its 2021 line up with some exciting additions to its stable of fighters. Among the notable additions to the list of talented fighters is the signing of Jo Sungbin, “The Korean Falcon“. This marks the first Korean fighter signed in the short history of the league.
President of Fight Operations, Ray Sefo had the following to say on this historic occasion, “It has always been our goal to bring in the best talent the MMA world has to offer, and I believe we’ve done that with the 2021 roster.“
Jo Sungbin comes to the PFL after a short stint in the UFC. This 28 year old sensation fights out of Seoul, Korea and his professional Mixed Martial Arts record is 9 Wins, 1 Loss. He will be fighting in the PFL’s Featherweight division for the $1 million prize awarded to the 1st place finisher in the bracketed league’s 2021 season.
Two time, defending PFL defending champion, Lance Palmer, will be the greatest hurdle Sungbin, and the eight (8) other Featherweights will have to overcome.
As we have since the inaugural season Taekwondo Life Magazine will be covering Sungbin and the entire PFL card as the season gets underway on April 23, 2021.
