June 15, 2019 (NYC) Last night Bellator 222 delivered a dynamic night of mixed martial arts to a sold our crowd at “The Mecca of Sports“, Madison Square Garden.
On the two headline events Rory MacDonald demonstrated a completeness rarely seen in modern MMA, as he won a decision over 4th generation, Neiman Gracie, while Lyoto Machida delivered a 2nd round TKO to Chael Sonnen in the fight that was to be Sonnen’s last.
The entire evening was complete with high level matches on the main and undercard, including Master Valerie Loureda’s 3 round unanimous decision over her opponent, Larkyn, Dasch, in a match highly anticipated by the worldwide Taekwondo community.
