But, I think it is better than having human judges score, because of favoritism, getting paid off, or any other underhanded ways of cheating. I stopped participating in tournaments and many other events due to the favoritism used between schools, Master. Etc. It is a shame that students can’t really participate in tournaments with out all the games being played by Masters, schools, etc. Even weight restrictions. Put a Black Belt, out of his/her weight class to compete. So wrong! Humbly Yours in Taekwondo LikeLike Reply It is to easy to get a point with electronic scoring. The technology is getting better but it is just to easy to trigger a score. I realize it is technology difficult but considering the different weight classes the trigger mechanism has to be different for the heavy weight classes than the lighter weight classes.
