April 10, 2018-World Taekwondo has modified scoring values in sanctioned competition once again. Changes have been sanctioned by the WT general assembly in a vote last month. Below are a summary of the changes as modified.
Value-Technique
1 point – punch
2 points – body kick
3 points – head kick
4 points – spin kick to body
5 points – spinning kick to head
